APPOINTMENT OF PANEL OF TARGETED RECRUITMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS ON AN AS AND WHEN REQUIRED BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARSClosed

Overview

Procurement of a panel of targeted recruitment service providers to supply placement services on an as-and-when-required basis for CCMA for three years. The panel (up to 12 providers) will support national, provincial, and regional offices, with start around August 2026 and ongoing engagements as required.

Requirements

• Mandatory professional affiliation: be affiliated to a recruitment-related body (e.g., APSO) with membership proof.
• Verification agency arrangement: an active agreement with a verification agency (e.g., MIE, LexisNexis) with attestation letter.
• Experience: at least five years’ demonstrable targeted recruitment experience; provide a company profile.
• Reference letters: five (5) valid, contactable letters not older than three years on company letterhead.
• Compliance checks: POPIA compliance proof (e.g., consent/indemnity forms).
• Ownership and registration documents: provide company founding documents, ID copies of owners, and related ownership verification as applicable for preferential points.
• Deliverables capability: ability to perform search/headhunting, candidate identification, shortlisting, assessments, reference checks/vetting, offers, and invoicing.

How to Apply

• Mandatory briefing: virtual session on 07 July 2026 at 11:00 (Microsoft Teams). Attendance is compulsory; non-attendance disqualifies bids. (Specification for the Panel of Targeted Recruitment.pdf..pdf)
• Submission deadline: 13 July 2026 at 16:00; submit quotations to RFQ2@ccma.org.za on official letterhead; include all costs.
• Documents to submit: SBD forms (including SBD4 and SBD6.1), company profile, five reference letters, proof of ownership and founder docs, IDs, POPIA proof, and any other documents requested in the tender specification (see attached file for full list).
• Registrations/pre-qualifications: Ownership verification via the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and company registration documents; tax/compliance documents as applicable.
• Submission method: email to RFQ2@ccma.org.za; quotations must be on official letterhead and include total fixed amounts.

Notes: The CCMA intends to limit the panel to twelve (12) providers and will evaluate on mandatory requirements, functionality (minimum 70/100), then price and specific goals (80/20). Specific goal points cover BO, WO, YO, and PWD ownership.
