Requirements

• National and local supplier registrations: register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and Kouga Supplier Database; provide CSD summary and TCS where required.
• B-BBEE: submit a B-BBEE Status Verification Certificate or sworn affidavit (EMEs/QSEs) to qualify for preference points.
• Experience and capability: provide relevant experience; minimum functional score of 70% is required; procurement uses an 80/20 evaluation (80 price, 20 for specific goals) with proof documents.
• Mandatory briefing: participate in the compulsory clarification session to be eligible (see attached notice for details).
• Returnable documents: complete and submit Sections 1–9, Form of Offer, pricing schedules, and relevant experience/functional assessments.
