Overview

Procurement of recruitment and selection consultants for Merafong City Local Municipality for a 12-month term. Bidders should be able to provide end-to-end recruitment and selection services for local government, with demonstrated capability to operate within a municipal environment and meet the 12-month delivery window.

Requirements

• Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit a CSD report.
• Attach municipal rates and taxes accounts for the company and directors on CK; if not in own name, provide a lease agreement with 3 months’ bank proof.
• Certified copies of IDs for all shareholders/owners/partners on CK forms.
• Copies of CK1 (Company Registration) documents.
• Proof of purchase of the bid document (receipt) to be submitted.
• Minimum functionality score of 70/100 to proceed to the next evaluation stage; final evaluation uses 80/20 price/points for specific goals.
• No briefing session will be held.
• Bids valid for 90 working days; late/incomplete/unsigned bids will be disqualified.

• Submission method: sealed envelope, clearly endorsed with bid number/description, deposited in Bid Box 1 (Revenue Section, Cnr Halite and Gold Street, Carletonville) between 07:30 and 16:00; bids opened publicly after the deadline.
• Required documents to submit: completed bid documents with proof of payment; compliance with CSD, CK, IDs, CK1, and any other documents specified in the bid pack.
