Appointment of a security service provider to render Security Services at Sentech Meyerton site for a period of twelve (12) months. The contract covers armed guarding and car patrolling at the Meyerton site. Bidders should be security-service specialists with PSIRA registration (company and directors), NBCPSS affiliation or exemption, PSSPF membership, COIDA/CF/FEM/RMA compliance, UIF EMP201, and a valid ICASA frequency licence; must hold/secure firearms licences and maintain a PSIRA office presence in Meyerton. A compulsory briefing is set for 13 October 2026 at Meyerton; proposals close 27 October 2026 08:00. Submissions may be made electronically via the Sentech eTender Portal or by hand; late, telegraphic, email or fax submissions are not accepted. The package requires completion of returnable documents (SBD forms, tax clearance, BBBEE and governance resolutions) as listed in the tender documents (see 03 List of returnable documents.pdf). The procurement follows GCC/SCC terms and related security-service requirements in the attached Bid Pack (Bid Pack - SENT034.zip).
