Overview

Sasria invites proposals to appoint a service provider to design and deliver a company-wide, tool-agnostic AI training programme, including enterprise AI literacy, responsible AI governance enablement, and advanced training for Sasria employees (about 170 staff) over 12 months. The programme targets Executives, Senior Management, Specialists, AI Navigators, Project Team, Technical Team, and Business Process Owners, and must align with a Microsoft-based learning environment.

Requirements

• Alignment to recognized AI governance frameworks (e.g., ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF) and accreditation by legitimate training bodies; access to AI platforms post-training for 1 year.
• Proven AI training delivery experience in regulated environments (financial services/insurance); provide 3 detailed CVs for key personnel and client reference letters.
• Compliance documents: CSD tax status, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; completion of SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1; transformation plan with BBEE details.
• Role-based, audience-specific training design (executives, specialists, navigators, process owners) with hands-on content and alignment to Microsoft tools; deliverables include manuals, assessments, attendance registers, and certifications.
• Transformation emphasis: partnerships with 51% black-owned entities; provide subcontracting/JV plans and consolidated BBEE scorecard where applicable.
• Contract deliverables and duration: deliver within 12 months; detailed project proposal, price proposal, and supporting documents per Part 5-6.
