Appointment of a service provider to compile a GRAP compliant movables and immovable asset register for a period of 36 months. Mamusa Local Municipality seeks a qualified firm to develop and maintain a GRAP-compliant asset register covering all assets; bidders should have GRAP/asset-management experience and be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).

Requirements

• Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
• Comply with MBD 4 declarations and 80/20 evaluation criteria
• Demonstrated experience in compiling GRAP-compliant movables and immovable asset registers and related asset-management processes
• Compliance with SCM policy and ability to deliver over 36 months
