APPOINTMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER FOR FENCING AT MUNICIPAL PUBLIC WORKS

Overview

The contract is for the appointment of a service provider for fencing at municipal public works for Bela Bela Local Municipality. Requirements

• Returnable/ eligibility documents: company registration, director IDs, CIDB registration, SARS tax clearance PIN, Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, proof of municipal rates/taxes, Workmen’s Compensation good standing
• Forms to submit: MBD 1-9, Form 5, Form of Offer and Acceptance, Authority to Sign, and a signed Joint Venture agreement if applicable
• Additional safeguards: proof of tax compliance status, witness signatures where required, and compliance with the municipality’s SCM and Preferential Procurement policies
