APPOINTMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER FOR IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPPORT OF THE PAYROLL SOLUTION FOR THREE (3) YEARS

Overview

Appointment of a service provider for the implementation and ongoing support of a payroll solution for three years. Open-tender by Matjhabeng Local Municipality for a payroll system implementation and three-year support/maintenance. Target bidders: providers with payroll software implementation, data migration, integration, and ongoing support capabilities. CIDB grading not applicable.

Requirements

• Compliance with Section 217 of the Constitution: fair, equitable, transparent, competitive, and cost-effective contracting.
• No bid from persons in the service of the state.
• Tenders received after closing, or not properly marked, or telegraphic/faxed/penciled tenders will not be considered.
• The lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted; partial or multiple bidders may be considered.
• Municipality reserves the right to appoint or not.
• SCM and Preferential Procurement Policy Act No 5 of 2000 and regulations apply.
• If bid validity period is not indicated, it shall be 90 days.
• CIDB grading: not applicable.
