Overview

Procurement of borehole maintenance services for Nongoma and Ulundi Shopping Centres for a 3-year term. Open Tender by Ithala Development Finance Corporation. Separate RFQs apply: Nongoma site (RFQ188/58000/2026) and Ulundi site (RFQ187/58000/2026). Suitable for professional, electrical/mechanical and water-systems specialists with CIDB 2ME+ where applicable, CSD registration, SARS PIN and tax-compliance prerequisites.

Requirements

• CIDB grading: 2ME or higher where applicable
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration in good standing
• Tax clearance and SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN/TCS); separate TCS/CSD for each consortium/ JV
• VAT registration and tax compliance; COIDA good standing
• SBD 1 (Invitation to bid) and SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest) completed
• Service-state restrictions: none; no service of state personnel by bidders
• bidders to provide evidence of borehole/maintenance experience; detailed CVs/qualifications may be required
