Procurement of alternative office accommodation for SEDFA in Mpumalanga, minimum 1054.80sqm with 40 parking bays, for five years. Bidders should be property/lease providers capable of delivering MBombela Mbombela CBD-area space with dedicated parking, compliant with SA procurement rules, and able to sign a five-year lease and SLA.

Requirements

• Administrative compliance: complete SBD 1, 3.3, 4, 6.1; valid CSD registration; valid Tax Compliance Status PIN; valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; CIPC registration with directors’ IDs; FICA/KYC documentation.
• Mandatory building qualifications: location within Mbombela CBD or greater Mbombela; minimum size 1054.80 m²; submit approved floor plans.
• Functionality criteria (minimum 70/100 to proceed): location in Mbombela; 40 parking bays (with 30 covered, 10 visitor, plus paraplegic spaces); Occupation Certificate; back-up water (10,000 L) and back-up power; space planner/interior designer CV; availability on 01 Aug 2026 and a project plan.
• Site visit scoring and price/goal evaluation (80/20 weighting); adherence to post-award conditions (gun-free building, full compliance certification, SLA, etc.).
