Requirements

• Proof of ownership in the Rustenburg area (documents such as utility bill, title deed, or mandate for managing agent; EAAB/Fidelity Fund if applicable).
• Building size at least 1 362,40 m2; provide approved floor plans showing minimum size.
• Location within Rustenburg CBD.
• Occupation Certificate for the proposed building.
• Backup water supply (10 000 L) and backup electrical supply (generator/solar/inverter) with confirmation of installation.
• Availability of a space planner/interior designer; provide CVs.
• Lease agreement with SEDFA and a post‑award Service Level Agreement.
• FICA/KYC checks, including certified IDs, company registrations, director/shareholder lists.
• CSD registration proof, SARS TCS PIN, SANAS‑accredited B-BBEE certificate (or eligible sworn affidavits), and CIPC documents.
• Staff must be South African citizens; site visits may be conducted.
• Adhere to anti‑fraud, governance, and conflict‑of‑interest provisions; no counter‑conditions.
• Site inspection will be used in evaluation; 70/100 minimum functionality score required to proceed to price.
