Overview

Procurement of renewal of the ELO (EDMS) software license for 12 months, including 5 user licenses, for Ntabankulu Local Municipality. Suitable ICT/software license providers with a current CSD number or valid tax clearance/BBBEE status and the ability to meet SCM requirements are invited to bid to deliver the license renewal.

Requirements

• Suitable qualified service providers with current CSD number or Tax/BBBEE status as required by the municipality
• Bidders must meet municipal SCM requirements and be able to deliver ELO/EDMS license renewal for 12 months
• Required documents: Latest full CSD Report (not older than 3 months); Certified IDs of directors; Fully Completed and Signed MBD 1-9; Signed quotation valid for 90 days; Rates clearance for company and director or proof stating that the company and director do not own property within urban area
• Tender documents obtainable from the Municipal Website; submission by hand; no fax/ email; adherence to bid conditions; evaluation will follow 80/20 (price to specific goals) rules
• Site/anti-corruption provisions apply; responses are subject to SCM ethics, with 70+ point threshold for functionality to be considered
