Overview

Procurement of an external service provider to conceptualise, design, layout, edit and print the MICT SETA 2025/2026 Annual Report, including a condensed A5 summary, a PowerPoint highlights deck, and an online interactive flipbook (from RFQ/MICT/20/2026). Bidders should have proven public‑sector publishing experience (3A/3C), strong design/editing capabilities, and project management capacity.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience producing Annual Reports for PFMA 3A/3C entities;
• Qualified Graphic Designer with 2–3 years’ experience;
• Professional Editor with 3–5 years’ experience;
• Key Accounts/Project Manager with post‑matric qualification and 3–5 years’ experience;
• Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and manage multi‑stakeholder reviews;
• Demonstrated capability for end‑to‑end production, version control, and QA.
