Overview

Procurement of a service provider to lease, maintain, repair and replace customised mobile vehicle diagnostic scanner systems for the Western Cape Mobility Department for 3 years. Target bidders are service providers with capabilities in mobile vehicle diagnostic scanners, leasing, maintenance and repair, and with appropriate regulatory registrations and B-BBEE credentials.

Requirements

• Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and Western Cape Supplier Evidence Bank (WCSEB); provide required details and annual updates.
• Submit Tax Compliance Status (TCS) and, where applicable, proof per SARS/eFiling; include TCS for each party in a consortium.
• Provide B-BBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit; claim preference points under the 90:10 system (bid value > R50m).
• Complete and sign all returnable schedules (A1–A7, including WCBD1 Bid Form, declarations, addenda, and proof of financial standing).
• Attend the compulsory bid clarification meeting and sign the attendance register (non-attendance disqualifies bid).
