APPOINTMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES AT KOMANI PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL for 36 months. Bidders should be security service providers with South Africa’s PSIRA registration (company and directors), and capabilities to deploy about 46 guards across multiple posts, plus a 24/7 Central Security Point. Requirements

• PSIRA registration for the bidder and the Directors (new certificates within 90 days) or PSIRA Digital Certificate with verifiable barcode.
• NBCPSS registration and Letter of Good Standing; NBCPSS rates must be followed.
• PSSPF registration and corresponding Good Standing; provide proof or exemption.
• COIDA certificate (Department of Labour).
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD registration; separate TCS needed for each consortium member.
• Centralized Supplier Database (CSD) registration; proof to be submitted with bid.
• Evidence of financial stability (latest financial statements or bank letter; form Part 5 Schedule H).
• 100% availability of specified uniform and equipment; local EC uniform sourcing proof encouraged.
• Experience in security services with project references; payroll/database evidence; PAYE registration.
• Compliance with health, safety, and related statutory requirements; Proof of Public Liability insurance (not older than 12 months).
• Submission of SBD forms and schedules (pricing, declarations, and preference forms) as part of Part 5.
