Overview

Procurement of a service provider for the rendering of standard cleaning and hygiene services for the Department of Land Reform & Rural Development: Office of Regional Land Claims Commissioner, Northern Cape, for 36 months. This is an open-tender inviting facilities management/service providers with relevant cleaning and hygiene capabilities.

Requirements

• Complete and return attached bid documents: SBD 1, SBD 3, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, GCC and Specification (see TENDER DOCUMENT.pdf).
• Provide a South African Tax Clearance Certificate (original) before award.
• Bid validity: 90 days.
• Comply with the General and Special Conditions of Contract (GCC/SCC) attached to the bid.

• Submit bids in a sealed envelope with bidder name, address, and closing date/time; deposit in Kimberley bid box (6th floor).
