Overview

The contract is for appointment of a service provider to refurbish Shop 7 at Jozini Shopping Centre. Open tender by Ithala Development Finance Corporation; suitable for building/refurbishment contractors with CIDB Grade 1 GB or higher and proven retail fit-out capabilities. Requirements

• CIDB Grade 1 GB or higher
• Registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS; separate proof for consortia/joint ventures
• Proof of good standing with COIDA
• SBD 1 (Invitation to bid), SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), and SBD 7 (contract form) required
• No bids from entities in the state’s service or with state-affiliated directors
• Compliance with PPPFA 2000, PPP Regulations 2022, GCC; potential for negotiations
• If a consortium/joint venture, each party must provide separate TCS/CSD
• Proof of authority to sign (e.g., company resolution)
• Annexure A BOQ to be completed and priced
