Appointment of service provider(s) for the supply, maintenance of sanitary, and health care services for the SARS offices, countrywide for a period of 36 months

Overview

Supply, installation, service and maintenance of sanitary, hygiene and health-care equipment and consumables for SARS offices nationwide for 36 months (RFP 18/2026). Bidders should be capable facilities-management/hygiene providers with regional coverage across SARS clusters, able to install and maintain equipment (bins, dispensers, sanitisers, paper products) and train SARS cleaners, with contract-management capacity for multiple offices nationwide.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to supply, install, service and maintain sanitary and healthcare equipment and related consumables, plus training of SARS staff.
• Ability to service all offices within selected clusters and provide contract-management across regions; bids may cover one or more clusters.
• Compliance with SARS general conditions and the detailed hardware/quality specs (Annexure A, Section 12); adhere to delivery/maintenance SLAs; provide Proof of Delivery.
• Sub-contracting allowed; primary contractor remains responsible for contract delivery.
• Pricing for ALL offices within each selected cluster; incomplete pricing leads to automatic disqualification.
• Use of the Hygiene Pricing Template and Annexure B Tick Sheet; submit full cluster pricing and indicate bidding clusters (see Annexure B and related Tender Pack files).
