Appointment of Service Provider(s) into a Framework Agreement to deploy security guards on an “as and when” required basis for a period of three (03) years in the Northern Cape. Sentech seeks a panel of PSIRA‑registered security providers to supply armed/unarmed guarding, staff escorts, car patrolling and related services on an as‑needed basis, with a compulsory briefing and a two‑envelope bid process. Bidders should have Northern Cape presence and relevant security qualifications; bids are open to competitive participation under a structured RF bid process.

Requirements

• PSIRA registration for the company and directors, plus PSIRA letters of good standing.
• NBCPSS affiliation (or exemption) and related levies/cover.
• PSSPF compliance or exemption.
• COIDA/CF/FEM/RMA good standing.
• UIF good standing (EMP201).
• Public liability insurance minimum of R10,000,000.
• Proof of presence in the Northern Cape (e.g., PSIRA satellite office indicators).
• Tax compliance: TCS PIN or CSD number; tax clearance where applicable.
• Complete and sign all returnable documents (e.g., SBDs, board resolutions, JV authority if applicable) and ensure documents are submitted in the required envelopes.
• CIDB registration (if applicable) for JV/consortium arrangements.

• Submission deadline: 17 November 2026 at 08:00 (as per tender metadata).
• Briefing: compulsory briefing on 29 October 2026 at 10:00 via Microsoft Teams; request access by emailing tendera@sentech.co.za by 28 October 2026 (SBD1).
• Submission method: electronic submission via the eTender Portal and/or hand delivery to Sentech offices; late submissions not accepted; two‑envelope system required: Envelope 1 – Technical Proposal; Envelope 2 – Financial Proposal (SBD1, tender data and returnable documents).
