Overview

This RFQ invites qualified valuers to provide a professional valuation of Part O of Farm Bethel 431 LS in Makhado Municipality, Limpopo. Suitable bidders are professional property valuers or firms with relevant valuation expertise, ideally with experience in land reform-related valuations and government contracting.

Requirements

• Qualified property valuer with appropriate registration and professional standing.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or, if not available, a Central Supplier Database (CSD) number; where applicable, submit a TCS certificate with the bid.
• If bidding as a joint venture/consortium or with sub-contractors, each party must provide separate TCS/CSD details.

• Adhere to Preferential Procurement Regulations: 80/20 system; provide proof for Specific Goals (HDI, female, disability, youth) and complete the required table.
