Requirements

• Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN; tax compliance confirmed.
• BBBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit) required to claim specific goals.
• Complete and submit Annexure A (Invitation), SBD 3.3 (Pricing Schedule), SBD 4 (Bidder’s Declaration), and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points).
• Compliance with POPIA if submitting personal data; and adherence to GCC/SCC terms.
• Service provider premises must be approved with necessary infrastructure and accreditation; due-diligence site visit may occur.
• Upon award, sign a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and supply performance scorecard.
• Prices must be firm for the project duration; payment terms are 30 days from invoice.
