Overview

APPOINTMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE ONLINE DEEDS, CIPC AND CREDIT SEARCHES FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS. Polokwane Municipality invites bids from information/data services or IT-enabled screening providers. Bidders must comply with SCM policies, possess SARS tax clearance (TCS/PIN) or equivalent; not be in the service of the state; and foreign suppliers may need extra documentation. A mandatory briefing is required.

Requirements

• Compliance with Polokwane SCM policies; Tax Compliance (TCS/PIN) with SARS; or, if no TCS, provide CSD number; foreign suppliers to complete pre-award questionnaire.
• Submit on official bid forms and annexures (e.g., MBD1, Form A–F, Form C, D, E, F; MBD 3.1 price schedule; MBD 4, 6.1, 8, 9).
• Provide JV agreements if applicable; proof of municipal rates/taxes or lease.
• No bids from persons in the service of the state; adhere to 80/20 evaluation and 90-day bid validity; Council may negotiate.
• Bids must be properly sealed, deposited in the Polokwane Bid Box, and documents downloadable from etenders.gov.za and Polokwane.gov.za (PM29-26/27 Tender document.pdf).
