APPOINTMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER TO RENDER GENERAL BUILDING MAINTENANCE FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS: AREA 3

Overview

Appointment of a service provider to render general building maintenance for a period of 36 months in Area 3. This tender is a construction/ facilities management procurement by the Department of Public Works and Infrastructure. • Specific goals (objective criteria): BBBEE credentials (EME/QSE with 51% Black ownership; Eastern Cape location; 51% Black women; disability; youth) and supporting documentation (BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; local proofs) (see MTH04-2026.pdf).
• Financial/commercial: fully price the BOQ/ Pricing Schedule; indicate provisional mark-up; financial viability as evaluated.
