Requirements

• Evidence of previous security service experience of at least six months (SLAs/appointments/POs).
• Pricing not below NBCPSS rates; align pricing schedule with SBD templates.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration number; tax/compliance status (PIN) per SARS; VAT status if applicable.
• Bank rating certificate; Provident fund proof (NBCPSS Provident Fund) to be provided within 2 months of commencement.
• Registration on CSD and capacity to supply required personnel and equipment; adherence to PSIRA and other labor laws.
