APPOINTMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER TO SUPPORT AUDIO VISUAL SYSTEMS IN THE MAIN BOARDROOM AND CE COMMITTEE ROOMClosed

Overview

SANParks seeks to appoint a service provider to maintain and support audio-visual systems in the Main Boardroom and CE Committee Room. This is a three-year SLA covering preventive maintenance, reactive repairs, software upgrades, and technical support; suitable for AV/IT integrators with experience in Polycom, Barco, Extron, and related systems, and with compliance to South African public procurement requirements (tax clearance, CSD, BBBEE).

Requirements

• Minimum three (3) reference letters in AV maintenance/ servicing (<=5 years old), signed on client letterhead with contact details.
• Proof of Polycom installation/maintenance accreditation or equivalent (from Polycom or EOM).
• At least two (2) technician CVs with AV system qualifications and Polycom training/certification.
• Compliance with tax and supplier registers: SARS PIN, CSD registration, and proof of tax clearance; where applicable, separate PINs for each JV/partner.
• Completion of required bid forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1 with BBBEE verification or sworn affidavit, SBD7.2) and adherence to GCC/SCC.
• Mandatory compliance with POPIA, OHS Act, and PFMA-related procurement rules.
• Central Supplier Database registration prior to bid submission.
• Agreement to fixed three-year pricing for the SLA with contingency provisions (see Pricing Schedule in RFQ-095B-26.pdf).
