Overview

Appointment of service provider to support audio visual systems in the Main Boardroom and CE Committee Room, including maintenance, upgrades/expansion, and technical support (three-year SLA). Target bidders are AV maintenance/installation specialists with Polycom and related AV system experience, able to provide preventative maintenance, callouts, and on-site/off-site support.

Requirements

• Minimum five AV maintenance reference letters (not older than 5 years), on client letterhead, with contact details; SANParks may conduct due diligence.
• Proof of Polycom technology installation and maintenance accreditation (photo or letter acceptable).
• Two CVs of technicians with qualifications in AV systems and Polycom certification/training.
• Completed SBD forms: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1 (with B-BBEE verification or sworn affidavit); SBD7.2 contract form.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or Tax Clearance, plus proof of CSD registration (each JV/consortium party to provide if applicable).
• Central Supplier Database registration proof; compliance with POPIA and OHS Act.

• Other: Final award subject to contract; sign SBD7.2; pricing to include VAT as indicated; 90-day bid validity from closing date.
• Preference: 80/20 points system with specific goals (promotion of black-owned and women-owned enterprises); bidders may claim points with proper documentation.
