APPOINTMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDERS TO PROVIDE CATERING AND RELATED SERVICES AT CHARLOTTE MAXEKE REHABILITATION CENTE ON BEHALF OF THE FREE STATE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT FOR A PERIOD OF (03) THREE YEARS

Procurement of catering and related services for Charlotte Maxeke Rehabilitation Centre on behalf of the Free State Department of Social Development for a 3-year period. Requirements

• CSD registration and Tax Compliance (PIN) with SARS; where applicable, provide a Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or printed TCS certificate; foreign bidders to complete pre-award questionnaire.

• Evidence of Dietician availability: valid HPCSA registration with CV and qualifications.
• Phase I mandatory compliance: Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; Tax compliance; no state employment links; proof documents.
• Financial capacity: bank statement (not older than 6 months) or bank guarantee/NCR registration for this project.
• Locality: proof of residence within Free State (if claiming points).
• JV/Consortium: joint venture or consortium agreements may be required; open a joint bank account after award.
• Specific goals: documentary proof for 51%+ women-owned, youth-owned, disability status, SMME status, and 100% black ownership to claim preference points.
