Appointment of a service provider to lease office space for the NRCS Bloemfontein regional office for a period of 9 years 11 months. The NRCS seeks to lease a B-grade (or higher) office building with a minimum of 350 m² floor space to accommodate 10 employees, near major transport routes within a 20 km radius of Bloemfontein CBD. The landlord must provide reception, a boardroom, IT/server space, storage, and parking for about 15 vehicles (including 2 disabled bays), with full maintenance and tenant-installation provisions. Bidders should be landlords or property managers with the ability to lease and manage such space and meet NRCS requirements.

Key prerequisites include: registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), a valid tax clearance, building within 20 km of the CBD, and compliance with SBD forms and documentation as specified. Documented layout drawings, CAD where possible, and a clear tenant installation allowance are required (see attached Terms of Reference).
