Overview

Procurement of debt collection services to the Vaal-Orange Catchment Management Agency (VOCMA) offices for 36 months. Requirements

• Valid tax compliance status or SARS PIN; POST or provide CSD number if no TCS.
• Submit Central Supplier Database/TCS documentation for all parties in a consortium.
• B-BBEE documentation: verification certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs; claim specific goals (see below).
• Complete and submit official bid forms: SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points), SBD 3.3 (Pricing Schedule), SBD 7.2 (Contract).
• Adhere to PPFA/Tender conditions and provide evidence as required; ensure no disqualifying affiliations.
