Appointment of service providers to render Offsite Travel Management Services for the DPWI Head Office for three years. Requirements

• Fully functional branch/office in the Eastern Cape.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD number; ensure ongoing compliance.
• Complete and submit SBD forms: SBD1 (Part A & B), SBD4 (Declaration of Interest), and SBD7 (contract form) as applicable.
• Compliance with PPPFA (80/20 evaluation) and related procurement rules; adhere to GCC and any special contract conditions.
• Disclosure of interests and sign-off by authorised signatories; proof of authority if signing on behalf of a company/consortium.
