APPOINTMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDERS TO RENDER SECURITY SERVICES FOR NINE (9) AREAS OF LEDA FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS. LEDA seeks security service providers to cover offices/premises across Lebowakgomo, Polokwane/Seshego, Thohoyandou, Mopani, Agri-Business, Business Support, Giyani, Training centres, and Mkhuhlu — totaling 283 security personnel across nine areas, with one service provider per area. Eligible bidders must hold PSIRA registration, be tax-compliant, and demonstrate capability (24-hour control room, armed security where required, and area-specific access/quadbike provisions). Requirements

• Valid PSIRA certificate in the company name; PSIRA letter of good standing; PSIRA certificates/cards for all owners/directors.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS; CSD registration if no TCS; VAT registration if applicable; UIF/COIDA as required.
• Pricing and bidding forms: SBD 1, SBD 4 (disclosures), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points); completed pricing schedule.
• Evidence of capability: company experience, staff complement, proof of operational office in Limpopo, and a PSIRA good standing for staff.
• Additional area-specific: armed licences/PSIRA registration for Areas 2 and 5 (and firearm list from SAPS); 24-hour control room; proof of quadbike access for Areas 2, 3, 4 if bidding those areas.
• Compliance with NBCPSS, Public Liability Insurance (not less than R2 million), VAT, SAPS clearances for directors, and CSD reporting.
