Requirements

• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN or a Tax Compliance Status (TCS) certificate (or CSD number if no TCS) and ensure tax matters are in order.
• Authorized signing: bid must be signed by an authorized representative; proof of authority required (e.g., board resolution).
• Compliance with general and special conditions: adherence to GCC (General Conditions of Contract) and any SCC; SBD forms applicable (e.g., SBD1, SBD4, SBD5) and, if awarded, SBD7 contract form.
