Overview

Procurement of an accredited training provider to deliver the ITIL v5 Managing Professional (MP) Transition training course and examination for one ATNS IT employee. Bidders should be accredited ITIL training providers capable of delivering via physical, virtual, or hybrid formats, supplying all learner materials, exam vouchers, attendance/completion certificates, and post-training support. Requirements

• Accredited ITIL training provider for ITIL training/certification (proof from PeopleCert/AXELOS or successor body; accreditation valid at submission).
• SARS tax compliance status (PIN valid for 60 days) and related tax clearance requirements.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with proof or proof of application; separate TCS/PIN/CSD for consortium members.
• SARS Tax Clearance where applicable; CIPC documents; shareholder certificates and IDs for shareholders.
• B-BBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs) to claim preference points.
• Documentation must include SBD 3.3 Pricing Schedule, SBD 6.1 Preferential Points Form, CSD report, CIPC docs, shareholder IDs, and related declarations.
