Appointment of Structural Engineering Firms to a Panel of Pre-qualified Professional Suppliers to Render Structural Design and Analysis on Sentech SOC Ltd Mast Structures for a Period of Three (3) Years. Structural engineering firms capable of mast-structure design/analysis should bid; work will be allocated via RFQ against project-specific criteria. Mandatory competencies include climbing/rescue proficiency and professional registration. A compulsory briefing session is on Microsoft Teams (02 July 2026). Requirements

• Mast Climbing Training & Rescue certificates for at least two climbers, including a lead engineer.
• Professional Indemnity Insurance minimum of R5 million.
• Workmen’s Compensation: valid Letter of Good Standing.
• Software licences/certificates for mast-structure analysis and design aligned with international standards.
• Lead Engineer: CV, Professional Registration, Qualifications.
• Design Engineer/Technologist: CV, Registration, Qualifications, relevant project experience.
• Compliance with bid documents and administrative responsiveness as per the returnable documents.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 17 July 2026, 12:00. Late submissions not accepted (SBD1/ Tender Data).
• Submission method: either via the eTender Portal or hand-delivered to Sentech (Radiokop, Honeydew) in sealed envelopes (Envelope 1: Technical, Envelope 2: Financial) as per Sentech instructions (two-envelope system; do not mix proposals) (SENT-009/ Tender Data; SBD1).
• Required documents: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 5, SBD 6.1, Resolution documents (board of directors), Signatures/authority for JV if applicable, Returnable documents, Tax clearance or CSD/TCS proof, BBBEE certificate, SLA, and evaluated documents (see List of Returnable Documents) (Contents/SBD pack).
• Pre-qualifications: Tax compliance (SARS PIN or CSD), CSD where applicable, valid BBBEE evidence; professional registrations; and project-specific qualifications.
• Briefing: compulsory briefing on 02 July 2026 at 10:00 via Microsoft Teams; requests to attend must be emailed to tendera@sentech.co.za by 01 July 2026 (SBD1).
