Overview

ATNS intends to appoint a suitably qualified and accredited training service provider to deliver Business English, Professional Writing, and AI training programmes to employees in Gauteng and Kwa-Zulu Natal over three years on an as-and-when required basis. Ideal bidders are training providers with current accreditation, capable of in-person delivery across Gauteng and KZN, supplying learning materials, issuing competency-based certificates, and providing reporting.

Requirements

• Valid accreditation certificate or proof of recognition as a training provider (SETAs, QCTO, or equivalent).
• Local footprint in Gauteng and Kwa-Zulu Natal (proof such as a municipality bill, lease, title deed, or partner MOUs).
• In-person training facilities located in both provinces; training costs to be included in quoted rates.
• SARS tax compliance status with a valid PIN for 60 days from submission (or alternative TCS/CSD proof as applicable).
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or proof of application; provision of CSD, CIPC documents, shareholder certificates, IDs, and valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs).
