Overview

Procurement of a suitably qualified facilitator to support the CMR Board Strategic Workshop. The facilitator will review the five-year Strategic Plan and develop the Annual Performance Plan (APP) for 2027/28, producing the APP, revised Strategic Plan (if applicable), and an Action Plan, for a workshop scheduled on 21 September 2026 in Polokwane.

Requirements

• Proven track record in facilitation of corporate planning processes.

• In-depth understanding of planning tools, frameworks, and public-sector policies.

• Demonstrated capability in developing planning documents.

• Ability to document key discussions, outcomes, decisions, and actions for the APP and Strategic Plan revision.

• Availability to participate in the 21 September 2026 Polokwane workshop and deliver required reports.

• Tax and supplier compliance: SARS Tax Compliance PIN/TCS; CSD number if no TCS; comply with PPFA/SCM requirements and GCC.
