Overview

Appointment of accredited training providers to implement Occupational Health and Safety and First Aid skills programmes/training for EPWP projects in Mpumalanga, North-West and Limpopo provinces over four months. The bidders must be HWSETA and/or QCTO-accredited training providers capable of delivering OHS and First Aid at NQF Level 2, to about 1,892 EPWP participants across specified districts, with certification on completion. The Pricing Schedule is included in the attached Annexures B1–B7 (DFFE-B010 (26-27) ADVERT.pdf).

Requirements

• Accredited HWSETA and/or QCTO provider for the listed OHS and First Aid programmes (Annexures A1–A7).
• Valid accreditation certificates/letters for each required programme (e.g., SP-250815, SP-250604, SP-230801).
• Tax/compliance: SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status, CSD registration, and B-BBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit).
• Compliance with SBDs: SBD1, SBD3.3 (pricing), SBD4 (disclosure), SBD6.1 (preferences), plus any JV agreements if applicable.
• Submission in the prescribed format with bid validity of 120 days; adherence to VAT, travel, and venue provisions as outlined.

• Submission deadline: 23 October 2026 at 11:00. Question/clarification phase precedes per department timetable; non-compulsory briefing: 08 October 2026 (10:00–12:00) via Teams.
• Submission method: Bids deposited in the Bid Box at the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, Environment House, Arcadia, Pretoria.
• Documents to complete/submit: Official bid forms (SBD1, SBD3.3), SBD4, SBD6.1, Annexure E (Consent and Indemnity), CSD/SARS details, HWSETA/QCTO accreditation proof.
