Overview

Procurement: appointment of a contractor for the refurbishment of bulk water sandfilters at Overberg Water WTW: Ruensveld West and Ruensveld East. Open to CIDB-registered contractors with a designation equal to or higher than 3ME PE (or higher) and to JVs that meet combined requirements. Requirements

• CIDB designation: 3ME PE or higher; EMEs with lower ratings are not eligible; Joint Ventures allowed if combined rating meets the requirement.
• Eligibility: CIDB registration current or renewal feasible within tender period; proof required; separate TCS/CSD for JV/sub-contractors as applicable.
• Compliance: Tax compliance (TCS PIN or printed certificate); CSD if no TCS; BBBEE documentation for preference points.
• Returnables: Complete and submit listed returnable documents and schedules; adhere to two-envelope submission and signing/initialing requirements.
