Appointment of a panel of law firms to render legal services to IDFC for 36 months. Requirements

CVs and certified qualifications must be provided (Annexure B).
• Category limits: panel limited to a maximum of six law firms per category.
• Deliverables to support bid: minimum three reference letters per category; detailed lead-attorney CVs; proof of qualifications.
• Compliance and governance: bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), have SARS tax compliance, and hold a current Fidelity Fund Certificate; complete SBD forms and declarations; disclose interests.
• Evaluation flow: administrative compliance, functionality (minimum 80% per category), and price/specific goals (80/20 or 90/10, depending on value); 120-day bid validity; contract duration 36 months.
• Additional: Bids for multiple categories are allowed; work allocated on rotation; SLA governs delivery and reporting.
