• For each category, lead attorneys must meet: high court admission, KZN Legal Practice Council registration, 8+ years post-admission experience, and a postgraduate qualification with relevant specialization; CVs and certified qualifications must be provided.
• Provide three reference letters per category (last five years); proof from clients may be verified.
• Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and be in good SARS standing; provide SBD 1 and SBD 4 with supporting information; Fidelity Fund certificate for 2026; proof of KZN LPC registration.
• Bidders may submit proposals for multiple categories; the panel per category is limited to six firms.
• Pricing must use the required Pricing Schedule; bids valid for 120 days; IDFC reserves rights to negotiate and award discretion.
• Confidentiality, IP ownership by IDFC, SLA-based contract, and compliance with SARS and VAT rules.
