Requirements

• Extensive experience in Hygiene Services & Pest Control (five relevant appointment letters preferred).
• Technicians with valid Certificates in Pest Control Management and Hygiene Services (certificates current within 6 months).
• Accreditation: Waste Management License under NEMWA.
• Compliance: Tax compliance (SARS PIN/CSD), CSD registration if VAT/Tx status requires; no bids from persons in service of the state; B-BBEE status or sworn affidavit.
• Documentation: complete company profile; all Forms A–L; MBD1; pricing schedule; Form H contract form.
• Preferences: 80/20 evaluation (price 80; GSDM goals 20) with functionality potentially contributing up to 60 points if applicable.
• Other: adherence to SCM policy, ability to fix prices for 12 months with CPIX escalations in years 2–3 if approved.
