Overview

The Land Bank seeks to appoint a service provider to deliver Executive Coaching for three years. The bid is open to experienced coaching providers with national reach, accredited coaches and strong compliance (confidentiality/POPIA, BBBEE). The program covers one‑on‑one coaching for executives and managers, plus group coaching, aligned to Land Bank objectives.

Requirements

• At least 10 years’ proven executive coaching experience.
• A pool of accredited coaches (ICF, COMENSA, EMCC, AC or equivalent).
• Experience in leadership development within financial services, corporate, or public-sector environments.
• Ability to deliver nationally/regionally and maintain confidentiality (POPIA).
• Demonstrated experience in diversity, equity and inclusion coaching.
• Submit CVs and accreditations for proposed coaches; provide client references; complete pricing schedules and SBD forms; comply with SARS tax requirements and CSD/BBBEE.
• Evidence required for minimum thresholds and mandatory documents (pricing schedule, provider accreditation, compulsory briefing attendance).

• Mandatory briefing: 01 July 2026 at 11:00 via Microsoft Teams; in‑person address available in the tender doc. (T05-06-26)
• Clarifications: questions by 03 July 2026; responses by 06 July 2026. Closing date: 22 July 2026 at 11:00.
• Submissions: hand‑delivered originals to Land Bank Head Office Tender Box; plus one USB copy; ensure documents are clearly labelled. Proposals must be signed and placed by the closing time. (T05-06-26)
• Documents to submit (examples):
  • Completed pricing schedule (Annexure AA)
  • SBD forms (e.g., SBD 1, SBD 4) and disclosure forms
  • Tax compliance status PIN or SARS tax clearance; CSD registration
  • BBBEE certificate or affidavit; CVs and accreditations for coaches
  • Evidence of national delivery capability; client references (minimum five)
  • Annexure F/SLA references as applicable

Notes: The final contract will be governed by a Service Level Agreement (Annexure G) and includes robust governance, confidentiality and compliance provisions.
