APPOINTMENT OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER TO RENDER SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF WATER AND SANITATION NORTHERN CAPE UPINGTON FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) MONTHS. Requirements

• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN and/or Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN; if not available, provide CSD number; each consortium/party must supply separate TCS/CSD.
• CSD registration: required if no TCS; provide CSD number.
• Central Supplier Database: provide CSD number where no TCS is available.
• BBBEE: provide BBBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit) for points; specific goals include Women, Disability, Youth, Location (Province), and a BBBEE level contributor from 1–2 (QSE/EME); total specific-goals points = 20. Documentation: full CSD report and BBBEE proof as applicable.
• Bid documentation: complete and submit official forms (SBD 3.1 Pricing Schedule, SBD 4 Bidder’s Disclosure, SBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim Form) and sign contract forms where required; proof of authority may be needed.
• Compliance: bids subject to PFMA SCM rules, GCC/SCC, and penalties for non-compliance; late bids are not accepted.
