Overview

Polokwane Municipality seeks to appoint three service providers to supply, deliver and off-load additional water materials and borehole materials for a period of three years. Bidder experience should cover water materials supply and borehole components, plus ability to handle delivery/off-loading in municipal procurement contexts. Eligibility requirements include registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), tax compliance, and not being in the service of the state; foreign suppliers must comply with Part B3; additional eligibility criteria are defined in the bid documents. A mandatory briefing session is part of the process.

Requirements

• CSD registration and tax compliance (including SARS TCS/PIN) or provide CSD number if no TCS; foreign suppliers must complete Part B3; JV arrangements require separate TCS/PIN for each party; proof of municipal rates or lease where applicable.
• Compliance with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act rules (80/20 points) and GCC; no bid defaulter or state involvement; anti-fraud provisions.
• Completion and signing of all bid forms (Form A, B, C, D, E, F) and annexures; pricing must be clear; bids valid for 90 days.

• Submission: by 27 Nov 2026 at 10:00; deposit in the Polokwane Civic Centre bid box; or electronic submission via the etenders portal where applicable.
