Overview

Appointment of two service providers for the supply and delivery of trees for a period of three years (RE-ADVERT). Bidders should be nurseries/landscape suppliers with capacity to supply and deliver trees; open to all bidders not in the service of the state, tax compliant, and registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) where applicable.

Requirements

• Not in the service of the state and compliant with relevant procurement laws and policies.
• Tax compliance: ensure tax obligations; provide SARS PIN/TCS; foreign bidders must complete Part B:3 and may submit a TCS certificate; where no TCS is available, provide a CSD number.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or proof of tax compliance; separate TCS/PIN for consortium members.
• Submit on official forms (Forms A-F) and fully complete Schedule of Prices (MBD3.1); initial every page.
• If a Joint Venture/consortium is involved, provide a properly signed JV agreement and ensure each party meets requirements.
• Evaluation uses 80/20 points (80 for price, 20 for specific goals); bids valid for 90 days; the Municipality may negotiate further conditions.

• Submission method: bids deposited in the bid box at Polokwane Civic Centre; bids opened in public; late bids not considered. (PM27-25/26 RE-ADVERT)
• documents to complete and submit: official bid response documents including Form A (Bid Form), Form B–F, Schedule of Prices (MBD3.1), and annexures; price schedules.
• Required registrations: Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN) or SARS pre-qualification; CSD number if no TCS; foreign bidders complete Part B:3.
