APPOINTMENT OF TWO SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND OFFLOADING OF ROAD CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS; PRECAST CONCRETE PRODUCTS AND ROAD FURNITURE PRODUCTS FOR MAINTENANCE OF VICTOR KHANYE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY ROADS AND STORM WATER DRAINAGE SYSTEM FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS (RE-ADVERT). This is an open-tender for a 36-month contract to supply and deliver road materials and related products to Victor Khanye Local Municipality. Bidders should be capable suppliers/contractors with relevant road-materials, precast and road-furniture sourcing and delivery capability, and must meet standard municipal procurement requirements (tax clearance, declarations, etc.).

Requirements

• Original Tax Clearance Certificate (MBD 2) and SARS/CSD compliance.
• Completed and signed MBD forms: MBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), MBD 5 (Procurement above R10m, with audited statements if required), MBD 6.1 (Preference Certificate), MBD 7.1/7.2 (Contract forms), MBD 8 (Past SCM practices), MBD 9 (Independent Bid Determination).
• Form of Offer (C1.1) in words and figures; Part 2 of C1.2; C2 Pricing Schedule (C2.1).
• Returnable documents: Schedule 1–8 (including board/joint-venture resolutions where applicable) and evidence of compliance with compulsory municipal bid documentation.
• Compliance with Special Conditions of Contract, and no conflicts of interest or tender-defaulter status.
• For joint ventures/consortia: proper resolutions (Schedules 2–4) and joint liability arrangements.
