Overview

The tender seeks to appoint a service provider to perform environmental auditing of the Delmas/Botleng landfill site for 36 months. It is an Open-Tender for environmental consultancy services, with evaluation based on Functionality, Price and Targeted goals (MBD 6.1). Suitable bidders are environmental consultancy firms that are professionally registered and capable of delivering over a 3-year period in Delmas.

Requirements

• The bidder must be professionally registered for environmental consultancy services and show managerial capacity, reliability and relevant project experience.
• Provide SARS Tax Clearance status and a Full CSD verification (not older than 3 months).
• Provide the latest municipal accounts for the business and ALL directors, not older than 3 months, with arrears not exceeding 90 days.
• Provide proof of business and director addresses (CIPC), with acceptable alternatives if needed (municipal accounts, lease, or rural authority proofs); affidavits may be required for address mismatches and must be current.
• If the operational address differs from the registered address, provide an affidavit or lease indicating the operational address; where addresses are shared with a director, provide a confirming affidavit.
• Complete and sign all Returnable Documents and the following MBD forms: MBD 2, MBD 4, MBD 5, MBD 6.1, MBD 7.1/7.2, MBD 8, MBD 9; Form C1.1 (Offer) and C1.2 (Contract Data); and the Pricing Schedule (C2.1).
• Note that affidavits and certification must be current (not older than six months).
• Bids are evaluated on Functionality, Price and Targeted goals (per tender data).
