Overview

Appointment of a service provider to conduct an intermediate clothing apparel skills training programme for twenty MSMEs within the clothing and textile industry over six months. Bidders should be able to deliver structured training for 20 MSMEs, including materials, assessments, and progress reporting, with compliance to SA public procurement and taxation requirements. Applicable to providers with expertise in garment/apparel training and SME capacity building.

Requirements

• Proven experience in intermediate clothing/apparel skills training and SME capacity development.
• Ability to deliver a six-month programme to 20 MSMEs, including training modules, materials, and assessment/reporting.
• Compliance with Tax and supplier regulations (SARS Tax Compliance Status or CSD registration) and ability to provide required certificates.
• Registration on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and/or SARS Tax Compliance PIN as applicable; provide required documentation per bid.
• Attendance at the mandatory briefing session and adherence to bid submission deadlines.
