Appointment of a suitable service provider for replacement of transmission poles around Onverwacht and Town (Lephalale). Lephalale Local Municipality seeks bids from contractors with electrical distribution and civil-infrastructure capabilities to replace rotten timber transmission poles and related works, with adherence to local content/80/20 rules and CSD/tax compliance.

Requirements

• Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide CSD details or tax PIN/TCS.
• Tax compliance and SARS PIN/TCS status; separate TCS for joint ventures/consortia.
• Proof of local goals: locality or SMME status (CSD, municipal rates proof not older than 3 months, residence proof as applicable).
• Complete and submit required MBD forms and pricing schedules; brand names in Annexure G; joint venture documents if applicable.
• Not in the service of the state; not blacklisted; no tender defaulters; municipal rates/taxes not in arrears for more than 3 months.
• Firm prices only; ex-stock delivery within five working days after order; payments 30 days after invoice.
• Attach proof of municipal rates and taxes and proof of CSD/tax where required; provide details of plant/equipment and company experience.
