Overview

RFQ for maintenance, servicing and repairs of canteen equipment at SABC Auckland Park for three years. Requirements

• CIDB designation: 3EB (closing and award); note alternate reference to 3ME in other sections.
• Mandatory documentation: proof CSD registration; valid TV License statement; valid Tax Clearance; BBBEE certificate; certified company registration; shareholder certificates; IDs of directors.
• Qualification and experience: minimum 5 years in commercial catering equipment maintenance; minimum personnel qualifications (e.g., two electricians with trade cert/NQF4 and two refrigeration technicians with relevant licenses); corroborating reference letters not older than 5 years.
• Technical scope: Preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, emergency callouts, asset management, compliance; servicing of thermal, refrigeration, HVAC, extraction systems; deep cleaning of extraction/ducting; spare-parts management; monthly reporting; warranties; on-site equipment moves.
• Warranties and performance: industry-standard warranties (min 6 months on workmanship; OEM parts warranties); turnaround times; asset condition reporting; transport/handling for on-site work.
• Contract details: three-year duration; location at SABC Auckland Park; price evaluated with 80/20 preference; mandatory pricing schedule submission (Annexure F).
